The Nautilus Nanoblock kit recreates the distinctive coiled shell and tentacles of one of the ocean’s most ancient-looking creatures. Nautiluses are cephalopods, related to octopuses and squid, but they have kept their external spiral shell for hundreds of millions of years. Their shell is divided into chambers that help them control buoyancy as they move through deep reef slopes. This small build captures the nautilus’s bold orange-and-white striping and unusual prehistoric character.
