Alto Saxophone, NBC-390
SKU: NNBC-390
The Nanoblock Alto Saxophone (NBC-390) recreates the curved body, flared bell, mouthpiece, and key details of one of the most recognizable instruments in jazz and popular music. The alto saxophone was invented in the 1840s by Belgian instrument maker Adolphe Sax and is tuned in E-flat, sitting between the smaller soprano and larger tenor saxophones. Known for its warm, expressive tone, it became especially prominent in jazz through players such as Charlie Parker and Cannonball Adderley. This miniature kit captures the instrument’s golden brass look in a compact display model.
